Greater Pointe Coupee Chamber of Commerce Annual Social to Celebrate Local Achievements
The Greater Pointe Coupee Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce its Annual Social, a highly anticipated event that brings together the local business community to celebrate achievements and foster connections. The event will take place on Thursday, August 15, 2024, from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Circa 1903, located in the heart of Pointe Coupee Parish.
This year’s social promises to be an evening filled with networking opportunities, delicious local cuisine, and recognition of outstanding community members. The Chamber will honor several distinguished award winners who have demonstrated excellence in their respective fields and contributed significantly to the growth and prosperity of the region. Award winners include:

2024 Business Person of the Year, John Pourciau, Roy's Jewelry Store
A highlight of the evening will be a keynote address by Commissioner Mike Strain, a respected leader known for his commitment to advancing agriculture and supporting rural communities. Commissioner Strain will share insights on the latest developments in the agricultural sector and the role local businesses play in fostering economic resilience.
