Join Rotary Club of False River - New Roads for the 2025 Ecumenical Prayer Breakfast in Pointe Coupee Parish

The Rotary Club of False River – New Roads proudly invites you to one of our most cherished community traditions — the Annual Ecumenical Prayer Breakfast — taking place on Wednesday, August 13, 2025, from 7:00 to 9:00 a.m. at the William Scott Community Center (1200 Major Parkway, New Roads, LA).

This special morning will bring together faith leaders, local citizens, and community supporters from across Pointe Coupee Parish for a powerful moment of interfaith fellowship, worship, and reflection.

We are honored to welcome Dr. Keith G. Ramsey, MD, and The Honorable Rev. Theron Smith, Mayor of New Roads, as featured speakers. Their words are sure to inspire and uplift. In addition, we’re excited to spotlight eight exceptional student leaders from each of our local high schools who will be joining us — representing the bright future of our parish.

Attendees will enjoy a delicious plated breakfast provided by a local caterer as we come together to celebrate the vital service and impact of our faith-based community.

We are currently seeking sponsors to help support this meaningful event. Sponsorship not only helps us underwrite the costs but also ensures the continued success and reach of the Prayer Breakfast in bringing people together.
