Local chefs and home cooks will be showcasing their skills with Louisiana Crawfish, sponsored by Louisiana Seafood, seasoned to perfection and cooked right on the riverfront. The event will feature local cooking talents, highlighting the rich culinary traditions of the region, including celebrating our local agriculture and crawfish industry.
